Finished goods produced by Keene Building Products’ are legally deemed as “article” and as such are exempt from the Code of Regulations, Title 29, Chapter XVII, part 1910, Subpart Z, Section 1910, 1200 of OSHA Hazard Communication Standard.
An SDS is not required of non-hazardous goods deemed as “articles.”
