All structures are prone to water intrusion. Because of this, moisture damage has become one of the top litigated aspects of construction today. This damage can come in different forms, such as mold, mildew, rot, rust etc. In addition to the immense structural damage, the inevitable repairs can be financially detrimental to the building owner(s).
