Because of Keene’s QQ Step Soft™ noise mats, builders at the Alexan Southwood were able to meet this standard.
QQ Step Soft™ creates a strong, solid surface on top of which a finished floor can be laid. At the Alexan Southwood, Trammell Crow installed this underlayment underneath vinyl, which has a luxurious feel, but also provides the durability that is necessary in apartments.
