Everyone at the Keene Family of Companies hopes that this note finds our friends safe and sound. On Sunday, Ohio Governor Michael DeWine placed an order for Ohio residents to “Stay at Home”. This order was encompassing of many parts of the Ohio economy and will help in the process of controlling the nationwide pandemic. The order required all businesses to close unless deemed essential and all people to stay at home unless they are working for an essential business or conducting approved activities.
In consultation with our legal professionals and others in a similar position it has been concluded that all entities in the KEENE Family of Companies are deemed essential to the economy in Ohio under Section 12 V.
As a result we expect to continue to be available to respond to the needs of your contractor and industrial customers throughout the term of the Stay at Home Order. Many of our people are working from home but available on mobile. Our office staff, though minimal, are maintaining regular contact via telephone and other means of communication. All of our production facilities are working.
